Empowering Individuals Through Shito-Ryu Karate Classes

Welcome to Banganga Dojo, a premier institution for Shito-Ryu Karate-Do and self-defense training. Initiated by Sensei Dambar Bahadur Somai in 2061 BS, Banganga Dojo has been a beacon of martial arts excellence for almost 20 years. Mr. Dambar is the first hand disciple of Sensei Min Prasad Pokhrel, who started his karate teaching in this Banganga area in 2053 from Kapilvastu Vidhya Mandir (KVM) School, Laugain. From there that legacy has been carried by Sensei Dambar and later on his disciples are doing very excellent jobs to promote Karate-Do. 

Our dojo has proudly trained more over 1,000 players and awarded more than 500 black belts, a testament to our commitment to quality and discipline. Our legacy is carried on by a dedicated team of around 15 coaches who conduct classes in various locations within Banganga Municipality. Additionally, we serve approximately 10 private schools, bringing the art of Karate to a wider community.

Our students have showcased their skills in numerous tournaments, from district levels to international stages, reflecting the high standards of training and dedication imparted at Banganga Dojo.
